Carol Holmblad - Artist Statement

Carol is inspired and energized by nature.  

Painting the landscape nurtures a creative instinct and expresses a reverence for the beauty found in nature. Carol works in the mediums of oil, acrylic and encaustic painting. 

In addition Carol is a felt maker creating art with beautifully. colored wool.  

Carol lives in Canmore, Alberta and spends time at their remote cabin in Northwestern Ontario near Fort Francis during summer months.
