The CAG Gallery is located inside Elevation Place at 700 Railway Ave, Canmore, Alberta, Canada.
A new show every month!
DISPLAY SPACE
The Gallery includes approximately 65 square metres of floor space and approximately 25 lineal metres of wall space. Permanent track lighting provides for the effective display of up to thirty pieces of two-dimensional art per show. The permanent display space can be enhanced by two moveable walls that can provide up to eight additional metres of display space, depending on their configuration. Also, up to twelve plinths may be arranged in various configurations to display three-dimensional art.
The Gallery also includes modest kitchen facilities and additional space for storing, furniture, gallery supplies or art.
GALLERY VISITORS
Gallery visitors include regular patrons of the adjacent facilities, visitors who come to admire Elevation Place and persons who come purposefully to view CAG exhibitions. Approximately 15,000 persons visit the gallery each year.
